Gentle Yoga is a relaxation yoga that emphasizes breathing, balance, and building strength. You will learn to breathe easier, sit and stand taller, elongate your spine, and stretch your muscles slowly and comfortably. Instructor Catana Ewing has been teaching yoga for 25 years and will guide you individually or offer modifications as needed.
This 8-week class is sure to be an enjoyable experience which will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
When & Where: Tuesday evenings from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall
